How I work

  1. A 30-minute conversation

    You tell me what gets done by hand and what takes the most time. The conversation is free and commits you to nothing.

  2. A fixed-price quote

    The price is for exactly what we agreed, and it only changes if you ask for more.

  3. I look closely at how your company works

    Who does what, in which programs, how often, with every special case. It is part of the work and included in the price.

  4. I build and test on real cases

    On your invoices, orders and messages, not on made-up examples.

  5. Handover and, if you want, maintenance

    Automations can break when ANAF, the courier or the invoicing program changes something. Maintenance keeps them running without you having to think about them.

Price

From €500

per flow

A flow is one job done automatically: it starts from one thing, such as a new invoice in SPV or a completed form, connects at most two programs, and needs no new screen to work in.

Anything bigger, such as the full shop, invoicing and courier flow, or reports from several programs, gets its own quote after a conversation.

  • The quote comes after the conversation, at a fixed price for what it says.
  • 50% deposit at the start.
  • Changes requested after the quote are quoted separately.
  • Third-party costs are known up front: some invoicing programs allow automatic connections only on higher plans, and text messages are paid per message.
  • Where it makes sense, we agree maintenance for each project.

What I don't do

  • I don't promise savings I can't show you in your own numbers.
  • I don't automate what isn't worth it. If something takes five minutes once a month, I'll tell you to leave it.
  • I don't tie you to me: everything I build belongs to your company, with its instructions.

Questions

How much does an automation cost?
From €500 for a simple flow: one trigger, at most two programs connected, no new interface. For anything bigger, you get a fixed price in the quote, after a 30-minute conversation.
Why can't I see the exact price on the site?
Because it depends on the programs you use, how many special cases there are and how you work. Two automations that sound alike can be very different amounts of work. So I first understand the flow, then give you a fixed price.
Do I need new programs or extra subscriptions?
Usually I work with the programs you already have. Sometimes a higher plan is needed, for example on the invoicing program, to allow automatic connections, or a text-message service. I tell you before the quote, not after.
What happens if ANAF or the courier changes something?
Then the automation needs adjusting. With maintenance, I adjust it. Without it, a repair is quoted separately, as new work.
Who owns the automation once it's built?
Your company, together with its instructions for use. Where it runs and how it is maintained, we agree for each project, depending on the programs you use.
Do I talk to you directly?
Yes. I answer you myself and we talk directly, with no middlemen. On larger projects we work as a team, and I stay the person you talk to.
