2. Purpose of the website

The website presents Tangled Design, our services, our working process, selected projects and editorial material about design, web development, accessibility and performance.

The information published here is general. It is not automatically a binding offer for every project and does not replace the project assessment, written proposal or agreement concluded with an individual client.

3. Enquiries and project agreements

Submitting the contact form or sending us an email starts a conversation. It does not, on its own, create a contractual obligation for either party.

Where both parties decide to proceed, the services, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, timetable and handover arrangements are set out in the written proposal and project agreement.

4. Website content and intellectual property

The original editorial content, structure, visual elements and components of this website are protected by applicable intellectual property law. They may be viewed and shared by linking to the original page, but may not be reproduced in full, republished, sold or presented as another party's work without our permission.

Names, trade marks, logos, images and other material shown in case studies may belong to clients, partners or other rights holders. Their inclusion on this website does not transfer any rights in those materials.

Rights in work delivered to a client are governed by the relevant project agreement. Open-source libraries, fonts, plugins, services and other third-party components remain subject to their own licences and terms.

5. Projects, results and information that may change

Case studies describe the project, decisions and information available on the publication or last-updated date. A client's product may later be changed by the client, by Tangled Design or by another supplier, and some figures may describe the position at launch.

Where we publish measured results, we aim to state the available context and source. A result achieved for one project is not a guarantee that another project will achieve the same result.

This website contains links to client projects, tools and external sources. Once an external link is opened, the content, availability and practices of that website are controlled by its operator, not by Tangled Design.
